Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable notice.
Payment is required at the time of booking or service delivery. We accept major credit cards, Razorpay, and Stripe payments. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
